Support

 To be supportive,
We have to be assertive;
Not only corrective,
Whilst being retortive -
As that's distortive,
Like a detective;
Looking for what's ineffective.
To be affective,
We have to be reflective,
& introspective;
Comprehending other's objective,
Not just our perspective.
